Booking & Planning
How do I book a session?
Click the Let’s Start Planning button or the "Contact" tab and fill out the short contact form. I’ll be in touch to talk through your vision and get your session on the calendar.
Can you help with location ideas or what to wear?
Absolutely. I can help you choose the right location to match your vibe. I also offer a simple style guide to help you feel confident and coordinated.
Can I include more people or add extra time?
Yes! Every session can be customized to include more people, extend the time, or upgrade the number of images. Just let me know what you’re hoping for, and we’ll plan accordingly.
Session Details
How long will the session last?
That depends on the type of session you book, but most run between 45 minutes to 2 hours. Legacy and event sessions are generally longer and more personalized.
What’s included with my session?
Each session includes a set number of edited digital images, a private online gallery, and a print release. Additional time, people, or images can be added to create a custom session that fits your story.
What if someone is late or the kids are having a hard day?
Life happens—I get it. I work with grace and flexibility, and we’ll do our best to make the most of our time together. A little patience and a good attitude go a long way! Keep in mind that timing is critical to capture the golden hour or sunset lighting. Communication is key!
Delivery & Payment
How soon will I get my photos?
Your gallery will be ready within 5–7 days, unless otherwise specified. If you need them sooner, I offer rush delivery—just ask when booking.
How many images will I get? Can I purchase more?
Each session includes a set number of edited images, which you’ll choose from your personal, password protected, online gallery. You can always purchase additional images or upgrade to the full gallery later.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Nope—but you can! Your session includes a print release, so you’re welcome to print anywhere. That said, I do offer professional-quality prints and wall art directly from your gallery for those who want the best finish and color accuracy. Prints purchased thru your gallery will be shipped directly to you.
When is my payment due?
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your session. You will receive reminders as the due date approaches. If payment isn’t received by then, your session may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
Policies & Rescheduling
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
If the forecast looks questionable, I’ll contact you and we’ll make a plan. I’m flexible with weather reschedules and will always try to find a mutually good time.
What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required to book your session. If something unexpected comes up, I allow one reschedule with proper notice. If we’re dealing with illness or weather, I’ll work with you to reschedule—my goal is always to take care of my clients. Communication is key!
What happens if I’m a No Show?
If you're more than 15 minutes late with no communication, your session will be considered a “No Show.” Unfortunately, no refund will be issued, and your payment will be retained to cover the time and preparation reserved for your session.
